Castagneto a tavola, a Castagneto and Costa degli Etruschi traditional food fair, is held every year in spring and offers wine tasting, restaurant dinners, taste workshops and guided wine cellar tours.

In this area, delicious dishes with ingredients from the sea and the countryside are accompanied by legendary DOC Bolgheri wines.

Tortelli, pappardelle, tagliolini, typical fresh pasta stuffed with vegetables and cheese are made by hand with ancient art.
