Among the quality wines to be found along the Costa degli Etruschi, Bibbona’s DOC "Terratico di Bibbona"
stands alongside those of Bolgheri, Montescudaio and Val di Cornia.
As the Wine Route winds through the splendid Tuscan countryside, it also offers an opportunity to discover other
local products such as extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, fruits and vegetables – often produced biologically –
and taste the area’s specialities.
Dishes from the countryside and from the seaside make for a rich and varied gastronomic delight.
Beef from the "Chianina" breed, raised by traditional methods in the Bibbona area, is known and appreciated all
over the world for its strictly controlled high quality.
All of these specialities can be tasted at the Livestock Fair held every August.
